4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delays may occur due to courier partners or unforeseen events.
Any shipping damage or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (images, order number).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

6. Warranty & Liability

Most products are consumables and do not carry a warranty unless stated.
We are not liable for misuse, incorrect storage, or handling of products after delivery.
